Experience Love.

Jesus said, “By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” Here at ALWC we love everyone no matter who they are, where they came from, or what walk of life they are currently in.

Experience God.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere where people who are broken can experience who God is through the love of Jesus Christ.

Experience Community.

We are imperfect people who love God and love others. We are not just a community, but we are family.

It’s okay to not be okay. It’s not okay to stay that way.

Service Times: Sunday – 10:30am Wednesday – 7:00pm EST.

What to Expect

Casual atmosphere: We care about YOU, not what you’re wearing, so feel to come in jeans or whatever is comfortable. Our dress code is simple: wear something. Grab a hot cup of free coffee from the foyer and sit wherever you’d like! We will NOT single you out publicly or ask you to say anything, and we do NOT expect guests to contribute anything financially.

Loving People: We LOVE it when someone comes for the first time. But, we don’t always recognize the first-time visitors, so feel free to say, “This is my first time” and we’ll guide you in!

Fun SAFE environment for kids: We love kids! We have staffed nursery for ages 0-3 (a video feed is provided in case you need to stay with your little one) and Life Kids for 4-12 in our fellowship hall. We want our kids to see the adults worship so they can learn what it means to worship God, so LK’s dismiss after worship. Not only do we want to teach them how to worship, but we will also teach them what BIG church is about. So we let them stay once in awhile (usually when there is a 5th Sunday) to experience BIG church. So if you’re visiting on a 5th Sunday, kids will remain in the main sanctuary.

Practical biblical teaching: Here at ALWC we all have a life that is messy, but Jesus wants to change that. We teach/preach sound biblical doctrine that will challenge you to grow in your walk with Christ. Our music is lively, including drums and guitars. Don’t be surprised when some people raise their hands as a sign of praise while singing, and don’t feel obligated to do so yourself. We create an atmosphere of freedom in our services.
